Not available in my country!

I live in croatia and when I attempt to register it will tell me that it doesn't allow it in croatia, IT ALLOWS IT FOR US PEOPLE AND EUROPEAN PEOPLE BUT NOT FOR CROATIAN? WHY. WHAT DID WE EVER DO TO YOU.

There are no exceptions to the country rule, but the list does change from time to time.
