I'm trying to sign up but it says I'm usingna proxy but I'm not

That error message suggests proxy OR an attempt/sign up in the last 24 hours.
If you have dynamic IP, or share the IP with others, it is possible that someone else signed up under that IP in the past 24 hours. If so you'll have to wait and try once 24 hours has passed.
