New to this site. Was thinking of getting a paid account. Now I'm glad I didn't -- I can't even log into my account. When I enter my username/password, it says my credentials are verified and it is redirecting to the control panel. It loads forever and a damn day only to either have a connection timeout (in Firefox) or return with "Website unavailable" (in Chrome). What is going on? Why can't I log into my account? I cannot get any of my work done. This is incredibly frustrating.

Do you have any firewalls, proxies or routers that could be blocking access to Port 2083?
Many workplaces and schools do this.
Alternatively, if the page is hanging at the "Initializing" page, please verify that JavaScript is definitely enabled in your web browser, and there are no plugins/extensions (such as NoScript) blocking JavaScript from running.
