Not receiving emails from PayPal

I am trying to confirm my PayPal email address but I'm not receiving the confirmation email from them. I've also tried sending money to my new account which I used my email address and didn't receive that email either. Is something wrong with the email servers?

If you are on Absolut, it is down, up, down. Been that way all night. Keep an eye on the server status blog at top of the forum for updates

Disk /tmp (/var/tmp) 5 %
