Not receiving incoming Emails on my account

Hi,
I am not receiving any mail sent by users on my x10hosting mail account.
Also I am unable to send mails from my account. While sending mails it says "SMTP Error (-1): Connection to server failed."

Please see to this matter as soon as possible and get back to me.

Should now be resolved, I was able to successfully send an email from my testaccount on the same server as you are on.
Let me know if there's still any issues.
