not working right

works some times then it goes down been like this for last few days i post somthing on it then
hit to post to something new it website goes down ,then if i hit f5 etc site goes down as well
some times it maybe take 3 times to post stuff on due for it timing out etc

Hello,

What errors do you get when you say it doesn't work? Does it happen only on certain pages? Sometimes apache might go down on the server and restart, but it shouldn't continue to go up and down.
