Hello im sorry today is my first time i use this i deleted all the files on the cpanel (in the file manager) and i tried uploading new files when i couldnt i saw that my account was susspended for nulled file i dont know anything about this and i didng have the intentions of doing it and im sorry for deleting all those files if that was the error please note that i havent used this so can you please un suspend me

In particular, re-read the Terms of Service and "What is the zero-tolerance policy?" FAQ and "What is a nulled script?" (off-site). You can contest the suspension if there is no nulled script (e.g. you purchased a license for the script, or the script is truly free) and you have hard evidence of this, but don't waste the admins' time otherwise. "I didn't know it was a nulled script" isn't a valid defense, nor is "I won't do it again".
