Nulled Scripts

Hi, I recently got a couple of files from a friend to use as a new forum on my website, I did not realise that these scripts were nulled and if I had have known then I would not have used them.

My account is now suspended and I would like this matter to be resolved as soon as possible. Can the nulled files please be deleted from the server, as I said before I did not realise that these files were nulled and I have now found out that all of his software is warez.

I work for a forum that does not allow warez or nulled files and I am very ashamed of being sent these files and also more ashamed for uploading these files without checking them first.

It does not really matter how you obtained the scripts. You are fully responsible for the content and files on your account and nulled scripts are a zero tolerance violation of the terms of service so your account will remain permanently suspended. You will not be allowed access to your files for any reason. The account will eventually be automatically deleted.

Well, x10 wont be getting their hands on my money and my friends that I know that host on here too will go elsewhere. I believe this service is appalling ! Yes it is my fault that the files were uploaded but like I have said before... I have a ZERO tollerance for warez / nulled files! I believe that if something HAS to be paid for then it should. I spend my time trolling through a forum checking for warez/nulled files and I accidently upload to here and NOTHING can be done?!?! Seriously.... Yeah maybe a warning or a hosting ban for x amount of time YES! But not suspended indefinatly!

Is the same for the forum that I work for... There is a warning when you sign up not to upload warez/nulled files. If someone does upload them then we view the case and if we believe that it is an accident then we give them a warning/ban for x amount of time.

I believe that this should be the case here too! Accidents do HAPPEN! We are not all perfect...

yes, accidents do happen. However we clearly state in the TOS we have Zero Tolerance for these kinds of things:

* No Warez! Absolutely under no circumstances do we allow any type of illegal or copyrighted material on our servers. Breaking this rule will get you a permanent suspension, we have a zero tolerance policy regarding this.

Yes he does know about my aversion to nulled scripts. He told me he bought the board as he WAS a member of my team until 20 mins ago when I booted him from the team.

I know I should have checked the scripts before uploading them but generally people that work together TRUST each other. I have also banned him from the forum I work for, for giving me these scripts.

If nothing can be done about this then I will say goodbye to x10 hosting and go find a better hosting company who will get my money.
