Resolved ocnetnetworks.x10.mx down, CPANEL up, Directory contents/site intact

No issues with logging into CPANEL, All site content and the directory structure appears intact. ( i log in semi-regularly). however no response all day when pinging the ocnetnetworks.x10.mx DNS at all. Are one of the servers down?

Also the FTP host I typically use for uploading is also not replying (xo2.x10hosting.com). I know this host may have changed, it's the site that's my main concern.


Any help/information would be appreciated. Thanks

Your DNS is incorrect. It points to your old server.

For FTP, you should use user@[your domain].x10.mx to ensure that DNS changes do not affect your client. An admin will have to see what can be done since you were connecting to the now decommissioned server.

Thanks, that's pretty much what I hashed out myself in the last few minutes. 198.91.8.4 has been timing out.

in the meantime I'll update my FTP clients.
