Hi after creating an account there is no FTP information on my account welcome page, although I figured out how to FTP. Also, cpanel wont accept my login even changing password wont work. Username surely is same name as login, and I can change password on Main interface but that does not work. Try to use lost password just redirects it back to main user interface (where change cp password option resides).
