[OFF] 1000 Credits for a CMS.

I will be buying a custom made CMS for 1000 credits or more. The CMS will be based on tutoring. Here are some of the things needed in the CMS:
-Login/Register
-Logo or Banner (optional)
-Admin/Tutor CP
-Chatbox. (One that is organized like IRC)
-Notices
-Events
-Tutor/Admin Blog
-Taskbar (PM me for example)
-A side on the webpage that shows website status
-Marque section
-Some things related to maplestory like a mushroom or some monsters

That will be all for now. Now if you win you recieve a chance to be a Website Devoloper of the site and a chance to be one of the tutors.

Note: I almost forgot this tutor website is based on grades K-8 for now because I am in the currently. I will be looking for more tutors shortly.

I can deal this one for you. I will use a CMS with which I have 100 procent experience. I use freeware CMS that I didn't make myself, but I edited many things of it and I offer complete support if you want any changes in the programcode.

no, i didn't assume, i did read that, but being the web developer doesn't really mean much to me. i've got a few projects which i'm a part of, and i could use more creds than being someone else's dev.
