Technique 1/Part 1:

Part 1 of my offer is to make names with normal words in front and adding non-pronounceable or prounouceable combination of letters at the end. Or you can also world additional words. Some examples of this technique would be:
Flowsion or Flowsion
Softnyx
Wizet

Part 2:
Part 2 of my offer would be really REALLY simple. The objection is think of any cool word and adding DEV in the end. This is where your creativity comes in!
