Old Account Deletion

Hello,

I'd like to request the deletion of my old account with the cpanel user voyager because it has a parked domain that i'd like to transfer to my new account. I didn't back it up since I cant access it any longer and the account was terminated. At least, remove the parked domain of my old account so that I may use it in my new one.

And do I still need to do some procedure to confirm that I am the owner of that account?

The account voyager is not terminated, it is suspended for inactivity. You can request unsuspension through the account panel (http://x10hosting.com/control) and then remove the domain yourself. Note that you are only allowed one account.

I noticed that it has an odd e-mail address, so you might not be able to login, but it should work using voyager@post-sync as user name, or use your cPanel username, and your cPanel account password as the password.

To get your old account terminated, you'd need to provide some proof that it is yours.

Ps. I do not see a parked domain listed for that account, what is the domain you want to park to your new account as there may be something else preventing it from being added to your new account.
