Okay..Basically last week we were doing good with it, however one night it all went bad. We suffered a DDoS attack to the company who hosts the IRC chat server, which dropped it for a night, then upon it coming back up the hostname didn't work, I was forced to post the IP for you to connect to.
Attention:

http://rpope904.x10hosting.com/irc/hdesk/index.php?module=Tickets&action=TicketsAdd Create a ticket here, THEN go into the chat room, located at http://rpope904.x10hosting.com/irc and login there using your cPanel username. Once there, in #x10 PASTE your TICKET NUMBER and wait patiently for a staff to help you. Include a valid email address, as if there are no staff there, then we will email a reply to it as soon as we can.

If you're using the web client, it's working properly at http://rpope904.x10hosting.com/irc
