I did not find any TOS breaking things other than the 1.4 GB of images. This is not explicitly a violation of the TOS but it is a very grey area.
If you can make a proper website(Simply Linking to the folders is not proper in my book) and upload it within 24 hours, i think that will shift you out of the grey area a bit, but no guarantee that an admin won't step in and say no and suspend you again.
Remember, webspace is for functional websites, not hidden folders that you can email to friends and family.
