open Cpanel - Not functioning

When I sign in and try to got to the Cpanel so I can make changes I get the following:

Sign in Successful
Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account.




An error has occurred forwarding your sign in.Retry

It never goes any further. I've clicked retry and still nothing. Any advice?

Sorry about that, I forgot to check one small detail. As we had to get the package from the old server there was one detail that was missing for your account.

Can you please check that it works now?
