isn't there a way to get a backup of my acount?

If we didn't have a backup somewhere then no ... I'll try to remember to check at home, I have a log of all terminated\suspended\unsuspended accounts there.

so we all individually have to back-up Cpanel and ftp, but what if we can't access Cpanel at all? I tried to log in trough http://70.86.136.178:2082 and http://www.lms.x10hosting.com:2082

none of them worked for me...

@Chauhan7: It would be wise to, yes. I've downloaded all of the information in my public_html directory until I can access cPanel so I can use the utility there to create another, more complete backup of my files.

A question: Will tickets be "answered" if a backup has been requested and it has been successfully created (ie. will the ticket I created be removed after my backup has been created)?

Yo guys, now I have a way different problem... I had asked to change my domain name from http://lms.x10hosting.com to http://darkcloud.x10hosting.com (look at thread) and aaorozco changed it for me at around 6:30P.M. U.S. Central Time, now I can't access nothing. It saus that the site doesnot exists for darkcloud.x10hosting.com, and for lms.x10hosting.com, the server is empty.


What can I do?

the reason the backup tickets arnt being answered is beacuse hes gunna make backups thursday night and then he will wipe it once the backups are done and then restore them... i am pretty sure thats what he was gunna do.
