osticket smtp error

Hello Everyone,
I recently installed osticket on googiehost and I got this problem 'Failed to connect to ssl://smtp.office365.com:587 [SMTP: Failed to connect socket: Network is unreachable (code: -1, response: )] ' I went to the osticket forum and posted https://forum.osticket.com/d/101303-smtp-error/7 and he told me to ask the hoster, so how do I fix it?

If you installed it on googiehost (googlehost?) then I'd assume google is your hoster and not us. I did look at your post there, where exactly does that screenshot come from?

That being said, you won't be able to use an external smtp for a script inside our free hosting service. You should be able to create an email account in DirectAdmin and use that though, as then the emails would be going through our mailserver.
