Hi,

Has someone has deployed or installed OTRS in X10hosting, can you help me on this. i have brought the file up too FTP now is there any way for me to install or upload this site.

@frooti - Install what? OTRS is the name of the company and both the packages they offer require root access to a server

@Cybrax: install what i meant was to upload the site OTRS Open-source Ticket Request System, yes its name of the company and the package. i have tried their tool on my network now i want to host this tool. So my clients can raise the ticket. In order for me to do that i need to host it in X10Hosting which means under these requirements CGI, Perl Linux etc..

I have upload the file in FTP from filezilla. i'm able to view the files in this hosting FTP manager. now i want to host the tool OTRS.
