Out of disk space

Hello, I was told that if my account reached the storage limit, I can request for enlarging my disk space.

I have no idea where I go about requesting, so I am posting here, hoping this is the correct place.

We can upgrade your account once your account has been active for more than 7 days, and you are using at least half of your current disk limit.

I just found this chart while searching through the disk rules:

It says "On our free hosting service, disk space is initially limited at either 512MB or 1024MB"

Is there a way to get 1024 for now? Why do some gets 512 and some gest 1024?

All new accounts now have 512MB of space. If you need more, we can upgrade you to unmetered once you meet the requirements.
