Overloading Bandwith

Dear Customer Support,

Apparently the items I uploaded to cpanel are using more bandwith than your hosting service permits. However, since this is the case, I am unable to access cpanel to modify the content in a way that is within the limits. Can I please regain access to the cpanel?

What happens when you try to login to your cPanel and where do you go to access it? How do you know that it's bandwidth that is the problem? What errors are you getting?

If you are on Chopin then cPanel and MySQL are currently having some problems right now. This is happening to all users and we are waiting for administrator's response.
