Page has stopped working

Hi,

My page has been fine for nearly 10 months and now its suddenly stopped working for 2 days? I'm getting a 404 error and I've not amneded anything for ages. site is sunbrightwindowcleaning.co.uk I cant log into cpanel (username sbright) and my http://sunbright.x10hosting.com page is saying domain availbe to buy!! Accout says its working fine and I've paid to not be suspended for not logging in. any ideas please?
