Page isn’t working

My site has been down for almost a week now with this error message:

What do I need to do to fix this?

I don't have access to PHP Settings. Just the File Manager.

as it says on that link (above) = "This feature is only available from the cPanel x3 theme"

if you are currently using the [ x10hosing's Basic ] cPanel theme - try [ Switch Theme ] near the top-right of the page - and click on [ Switch to cPanel x3 ]

When I save the display_errors to Yes a pop up error shows.

Unable to save data. Disk quota exceeded.

When I refreshed my page, now I see this error displayed:

Looks like your wp-config.php file could have been damaged. Try rebuilding it.
(A Google search should do the trick.)

I copied the data from the sample file and pasted it into the wp-config.php file which is totally empty. I try to save the file and get

Try removing files and/or folders you don't really need on your account. (Like backups - they can [and should] be stored locally, cloud storage, external drives, ...)

I am still getting a bad file descriptor error when saving the file.

No new suggestions for 2 days. Is the bad file descriptor a server issue that I can't correct? What is my next step?
