hi i have paid to get double bandwidth and space, when will this happen and how can i make sure its it goes on my account?

Once it is applied it will reflect in your cpanel. You can see space and bandwidth has been doubled.

All add ons of this kind is applied manually, so time differs a bit.

I'll escalate this into the ticket area so an admin can deal with this.
