Hi, I would like to add a parked domain but without changing the nameserver.
This used to work with services like for example dyndns.org back in the days.

Is there any way to achieve this?

The name server check is there for verification.

You could either use the X10 nameservers and then remove then after adding or you could wait for someone with sufficient access to add it themselves (getting around the check).

AFAIK changing nameserver is not possible with the domain service used.

What would this 'domain service' be?
You should still be able to use X10 with different name servers after. At least that was the case for CloudFlare's DNS service.

I want to use noip.com "Dynamic DNS" as replacement for the free dyndns.org service which is not available anymore.
But any other similar service would also be possible

as a security measure to prevent users from attempting domain hijacking - x10hosting has changed the requirements for free-hosting accounts - you need to set the DNS (Domain Name System) [ NS ] records (for your domain) to x10hosting's nameservers [ ns1.x10hosting.com ] and [ ns2.x10hosting.com ] for all [ addon ] or [ parked ] domains - instead of DNS [ A ] record - before you can add them in cPanel as an addon or parked domain

Hi,

Using No-IP is fairly unusual (and there are many domain registrars that let you set nameservers which you could use as an alternative), but if you really want to use No-IP, please send me a private message with your No-IP address and I'll see if we can do anything.

Thank you,
