Password Reset, but now getting "Error code 20E2C552D55EB968A80" message

actual message appears in the address bar thus:

Unable to login. Any ideas?

Please read the full thread carefully. here
part ways down for free account users you will see this.

You will have to use the forgotten password function no matter what.
Even if you logged in yesterday, the new system will not recognize your password.
Failure to do this will result in your account being locked after many failed login attempts.

I used the "forgot password" link which sent me a password reset link.
This process worked fine for me on x15.

The error code indicates that your IP address is coming from a datacenter and not a residential or corporate location. x10 requires users to log in using their personal IP and not hidden behind a VPN so we can track fraud.

Hi, thanks, yes, I got the solution from one of the guys on Discord. My next problem is that my IP is blacklisted from too may failed attempts to open the DirectAdmin. Can you help?
