Password Reset Catch-22

I have a dilemma I can't seem to work my way out of. Yesterday morning my primary email provider for over two decades abruptly vanished from the net with no notice or resolution in sight.

So then I decided to log in to x10 and I hit the Password Reset screen. Which requires access to that email. I know I am late to this party. My bad.

I can't log in through Direct Admin either. FTP still works FWIW.

How can we fix this?

Email is back up. Word from a third party is that a fiber cable was accidentally cut by a construction contractor yesterday morning.

Trying the Password Reset again.

Can you please try now. I found an issue with your account in the backend which I have now sorted out
