I have followed the instructions to restore access to my account by resetting the password as described in the existing X10Hosting Site thread for logins after Sept 3rd, but I am not receiving the password reset email (I have checked my inbox and spam).
My services (WordPress etc) appear to be online, I just cannot access the portal.
