Password reset, no email received

Hello,

I tried to access my admin panel account, however I'm requested to reset password since I haven't logged in after September 3rd, 2021. Requesting password reset doesn't send me any email so I can't proceed.

Could I get any assistance, please?

You will need to create a new account, you have not attempted to login a any time since January 2021, there's no account to get a password reset for at this time.

There is a requirement to login at least once every 30 days to keep the account active.

Hi there,

I have the same issue. But my website is still up and I want to take it down and redirect the traffic to a new website.
I don't see how creating a new account can help me in this case.

Any other solutions?
