Password reset not coming to my Email

I tried to log into my account and noticed that I had to reset my password. I haven't recieved a password reset Email. My email address is correct and working ok. I've checked spam, junk, etc but still nothing is coming.

There was a small issue with the account in the new backend, I have corrected this and you should now be able to properly reset the password.

Yours should also be sorted now. Note though that your server, x12, is not yet fully restored so may see weird things in DirectAdmins file manager and the site itself may present errors.
