Password Reset Unavailable

Hi,
I have forgotten my password for cPanel Login. When I request a password reset I am emailed a link that just takes me back to the log in page. Also password that I use to log in to forums does not work for cPanel.

Could you please email me at neil@x10hosting.com with the email you're trying to change your email to? I want to see if the change is going through and not telling you, or if it's just not working.

The issue appears to be resolved and I have successfully reset my password.
