The email used for my sign up no longer exists - can someone please reset my login?

Please create a new file on your hosting account in the root directory (not public_html, the folder above that one). In this file put the email address that you would like on file.

I don't think he checked what server you are on (x14 btw), many users are still able to access to their accounts via ftp or DirectAdmin itself even without being able to go through the panel, which can be used to create/upload such file.

However, with your server being one of the currently affected ones for server issues it may fail even on those two options.

If you are unable to use ftp/DirectAdmin, please send me a PM with the following information for verification purposes:

1. The current email address
2. The domain you initially signed up for
3. The DirectAdmin (former cPanel) username
4. The email you want set for the account going forward

Once I get that I'll change the email for your account
