Is nearly one week i been having this problem, i can't login to the CP.:

Below is the ticket I created but no reply, can any help? Thanks

Hello, First thank you for the wonderful free host!
I entered my user name and password in to https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083/login/?login_theme=cpanel but the system did not accept it, to make sure my ID is right I renewed the password still no success. Any idea what I should do?

Or is there any other ways to change the cpanels logs in ID?

Hi, Since i can't make use of the account and there is no solution to it can you inform me on how to close it?

Thank you, problem solved. I reset my password to the previous then I was able to login into CP! However the Password Updating its still showing in the admin porter.

Ok, I understand that you mean this: must be a bug on your auto dj, what is dj?

It looks like a bug in the Account Portal - have you created a support ticket about this? If so, then it should get escalated soon.
