Password won't work on cPanel.

My hosting account password is not working for my cPanel. i.e. I cannot login to the cPanel.

Check if your caps lock key is not pressed. If not, you can change your cPanel password in your account panel at http://www.x10hosting.com/panel.php

Tried changing it, twice. So far no luck. And caps lock is not pressed. Any other ideas?

Did you input your cPanel username with caps? If so, try only in small letters.

Worked. Thank you. I had a few capitalized letters in my username.

Welcome. Only your forum/account panel/support username has caps.
