Payment processing bugged.

I'm having trouble renewing my premium package. When I get to the part where it says submit after I've chosen my PayPal account it just goes white. Completely white screen with no text or error messages. Any idea how I can get this done? My package expires tomorrow so I'd like to avoid interruption. Thanks

Hello,

If you have any problems with a premium package, you should seek support for that through the clients area of your premium account.
Most of the people that answers questions here at the forums are volunteers that have little, or no, access to premium, especially not to the billing side of it.

I'll see if I can alert one of those that can deal with billing questions to this thread, but it will probably be faster to use the ticket system in your clients area.

Please open a ticket there and we'll be able to better assist you. I'm going to look into this further regardless, but with a ticket I'll be able to confirm when the problem is fully fixed for you.
