PDF file keeps getting deleted

I've uploaded a pdf file that I intend to use as part of the content of my site. It is about 70 megs and it keeps getting deleted. What can I do?

We have a 10MB limit on individual files, which is why your PDF is being deleted. Since we are a website hosting service, this system is in place to prevent users from using our free web hosting service as a file hosting service. Please consider compressing your PDF, or hosting it on a service designed for hosting files.

x10hosting now deletes files 10 MiB (or larger) in size - that have been on the server for more than about 4 hours - from non-upgraded free-hosting accounts

I believe if you upload the PDF files to Google Docs, PDF files will be shown natively in your browser without anything.
