PDO is Disabled??

I'm doing a favor for my Clash of Clans clan. I was working on the databases, and all of a sudden today when I get on the website it says 'PDO is not enabled.' This is a custom error message though... This is not the built in PHP error. So is there anyway of me fixing this or am I not able to do anything about it myself? I also saw the scheduled maintenance that happened yesterday too. Is that any reason for this error?
