Permission denied to operations with directories.

I need to upload files to directories in public_html, but when I'm trying to upload there anything or even delete them I get "Permission denied" error.

Something happened with permissions, I've set 744 chmod to directories and deleted them, then reuploaded them.
Issue is resolved.

Folders should in general have 755 (files 644)
