Hey is the a problem in my phpbb3 install or PHP on the severs due to the update

Thanks dose payed have problems like this often as I am thinking about what hosting comp I should get tell the truth please

Hello, paid does not usually have problems like this, paid servers are up 99.9% of the time, the only downtime and such is for planned maintenance.

I have yet to see issues like this arise on a paid server.
