PHP files won't load

Hello. This is a REAL problem. Almost EVERYTHING on my website is in PHP, and ALL PHP pages recently stopped working. I want to know if this is because I requested for an Intermediate PHP Setting? Does it temporarily make all PHP pages down until done? If now, how can I fix it?
My website is for Wii Homebrew: wiibrew.elementfx.com
My cpanel username is: alexlh
Please, help me solve this problem.

Hello, when the upgrade is done they should work properly. Some of the features were disabled in v1 php, so now you must have intermediate if you want to use more advanced php features. If your upgrade completes and you still have issues please contact us.

Anyway, the upgrade is done, andnow I have the Intermediate PHP. But NO PHP files are loading! My homepage at wiibrew.elementfx.com (index.php) doesn't work. However, my rules for the IRC channels work (wiibrew.elementfx.com/rules/index.html)

Everything on your site seems to be working for me. Can you try clearing your temp files, cache ?

OK. Thanks. Now,my main page loads (wiibrew.elementfx.com). But now, when I try to install the old forum, that we used to have on a different server, it is still blank, even after refreshing my cache. The old forums are at wiibrew.elementfx.com/old/ and it then goes to wiibrew.elementfx.com/old/install/index.php. However, it is blank. Thank you for helping me solve this problem.

EDIT:
I am going to try to install the old forum now by using Fantastico. Then, I will import the old database into the new one, and modify the config.php to the correct settings. Will this work?
