I am trying to install a drupal distribution but i get these errors

"PHP memory limit64M
Consider increasing your PHP memory limit to 128M to help prevent errors in the installation process. Increase the memory limit by editing the memory_limit parameter in the file /usr/local/lib/php.ini and then restart your web server (or contact your system administrator or hosting provider for assistance)."

"
Error
PHP Max Execution Time30
Your PHP execution time is too low, please set it greater than or equal to 120 seconds.
"

and i cannot find the php.ini file anywhere.

1. There is one php.ini for the entire server. You cannot edit it. The Admins will not make the changes that your request.

2. What distribution requires those high limits?

Does this software actually refuse to install because of these limits? Software like this shouldn't be using as much RAM as 128MB, and no way should a single script be running for 120 seconds.
