PHP, not enough disk space

Hello,
I'm getting this php error when I'm sure I have enough room on my hosting account... Disk full (/tmp/#sql_508b0_3); waiting for someone to free some space... I found this solution, but I don't have a terminal... http://kb.odin.com/en/124579
