PHP pages

Hi, all of my php pages are coming up as an error 404. will this automatically correct itself when the work on the servers are complete or will i have manually make changes?

I've heard a couple people have this problem. If you can sit tight and wait a day or two, it will probably clear up on its own. You can submit a ticket now, but there's probably a lot in the system and the staff are already busy getting the servers to work correctly.
