PHP Upgrade pending

My domain is chetanbhatsp.x10hosting.com and my cPanel username is "chetan". My PHP version upgrade request to "Intermediate" from "Basic" was accepted over 72 hrs ago but the upgrade is still pending.

Could you kindly look into the matter and help me out?
