PHP wont upgrade

I requested an upgrade to PHP 2 last night and it still says it's pending consideration.

I think the admins are working on a lot at the moment. I would submit a ticket if you need the extra functionality ASAP. I'm sure they will get to it within another day if you can wait.

I thought the intermediate upgrade was automated, though.

I don't believe so. What would be the point of having level 1 and level 2 if you can change any time you want?

lvl 2 was automated on the old site... but seem it is not anymore
