Phpbb3 Installation

Hi I have set up a phpbb3 forum about a month ago, and it installed fine. But now I forgot what I put for the database settings.

I have a database name and database user:
name: turat0_test
user: turat0_turato

I am not sure what to put for "Database server hostname or dsn"

Please help!

put localhost in all lower caps, and it should be working.
