PHPBB3 New posts email

Hi, I hope this is the right area for this question. I tried searching the forum for an answer but couldnt find anything.

I have phpbb3 on my site and I would like to have it set up so that when a user posts a reply or a new thread that it sends a email to every user letting them know there is a new post and provide a link to that post. Is this possible? :dunno: Could someone maybe link me to somewhere with instructions. Any help is much appreciated.
