phpBB3 styles

I am running phpBB3 on localhost(XAMPP) to work on a style
but everytime I change something in the common.css and clear all my cache it still does not change on the user end, I even went into ACP and looked at the code and it registered the changes..

Go to styles>themes, then press "refresh" on the theme. Also, make sure you are editing the right style

Hmmm delete everything but not .htaccess and index.html in the cache folder

tried that it didn't work, I'm just going to reinstall PHPbb3 and the skin
and go from there

Yes try that. If that doesen't work, ask on the phpBB cannel on freenode ;P
