PHPMyAdmin Not Working!!!

My PHPMyAdmin will not let my import and i made sure all of the requirements are correct for the import and i even tried 4 different imports and it still isnt working, i need it to work so i can put my site back to how it was. Please i moved to this host because it is suppose to be better then my old host, try and fix my phpmyadmin.

Can you give us details? Does the page freeze or are you receiving an error message? Please post any relevant messages from phpMyAdmin to help us diagnose your problem.

Here is the error i get. No data was received to import. Either no file name was submitted, or the file size exceeded the maximum size permitted by your PHP configuration. See FAQ 1.16.

On each and every different sql i upload, and they meet the requirements in size and format.
