phpmyadmin wrong username/password

I can't access phpmyadmin even I have created mysql database and user with all privilages.

Are you saying that if you try go to phpMyAdmin through your cPanel, there is an error?

If so, please cut/paste the error message here.

Please try updating your password through account panel, that has proven to be helpful in these cases. You might also possibly need to clear browser cache.

I've already done that. The problem still there.
